Don assists Dr. Garnaas in the performance of nerve conduction studies and is committed to optimizing each patient's experience while sorting out the cause of their neuromuscular symptoms.

Faith Clause, MSN, FNP-C

Nurse Practitioner and Director of Clinical Operations

Faith first practiced in a Multiple Sclerosis specialty clinic and then moved on to general neurology in the Nashville metropolitan area. She moved to Redding in 2021 specifically to serve this community. Click below to learn more about her training and interests.

Rachael Gregory (Gardner), MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Nurse Practitioner – Pediatric & Adult Neurology

Rachael Gregory (Gardner) is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over two decades of healthcare experience and a deep commitment to patient-centered neurological care. She began her career in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), where she spent 8 years providing compassionate critical care to children and families.


Since earning her Nurse Practitioner certification in 2011, Rachael has specialized in pediatric and adult neurology, focusing on epilepsy and migraine management. She has worked closely with hospital-based epilepsy teams in the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU), where she gained advanced expertise in seizure evaluation, EEG interpretation, and individualized treatment planning. Rachael has been instrumental in introducing advanced neuromodulation therapies, including Vagus Nerve Stimulation (VNS) and Responsive Neurostimulation (RNS), to the Northern California region—expanding access to innovative care for patients with drug-resistant epilepsy. In addition, she has contributed to neurological research for many years, supporting advancements in epilepsy and MS treatment through clinical trials and collaborative studies.
